Baby name help!

I’m currently 14+3 today and waiting for gender results. On of our top names is Leni Lucille if the baby is a girl. My grandfather’s who passed away in 2020 was Leonard and people called him Leni for short. Lucille is my husband great grandmother’s name. My husband just found out today that his second cousin (family is close) is 8weeks pregnant and told everyone that if it’s a girl she wants to name her Leni. Well we haven’t told anyone I am pregnant yet due to this being our third try (2 miscarriages in 2022). Soooo if our baby is a girl what do we do?!?!
