I had some cramps last week on the left side which i assumed to be ovulation cramps along with sore breasts (cd 13). But today exactly a week after i just have cramps again on the left side again. (cd 20).

i haven’t had sex yet, we just rubbed against each other after he ejaculated and wiped himself on cd 8. i have a 32 day cycle. could i be pregnant?
