Unwavering exhaustion

This is my 4th and I am just dog tired always. I’m breastfeeding my 15m old still and homeschool my 2 older children. I’ve never been a SAHM before, nor breastfed while pregnant so this is kicking my butt. I’m 17 weeks now and wondering when my energy will be back in full force lol. My nutrition is pretty good & I’m not low on iron so I’m hoping it’s just life’s different circumstances this time around. Also have an anterior placenta for the 3rd time in a row so I’m just now feeling tiny kicks which is reassuring that I’m not feeling like a zombie for nothing.
