I am 12 weeks 5 days and have had some bleeding today. Not a lot, and only when I wipe. Nothing in my underwear. No cramps or pain but I'm still stressing. I called my doctors office and the nurse said it is pretty normal, to keep and eye on it, and if I have any pain to come in. This is my 3rd pregnancy, but I didn't have any of this with the other 2. So I'm panicking a little.
