Mucus plug??

So I went to pee and only had a bit of urine come out. When I wiped the wiping was very mucusy I was surprised (no clumps on the toilet paper or anything but just lots of like fluids I guess/especially more than I was expecting to wipe considering I only peed a tiny bit). It was clear/yellow (yellow could have been the urine). Then I turned around and saw this in the toilet… is this my mucus plug? I had my membrane sweep yesterday and today I’m 38+4. I’m 1-2cm dilated and 80% effaced. TIA
