Twin mama opinions wanted! 1 sac or 2?

Hey mamas! I had a very early ultrasound last week we thought I was 6/7 weeks but I was only 4w5d. Everything was so small and my friend that did the ultrasound was puzzled at what we saw. Doing a little research I thought maybe I was seeing a hematoma and one sac, but I don’t have any bleeding or cramps or anything. Did your ultrasound look like this early on? One looks irregular but my last baby (#3) also had an irregular shape and they said I may miscarry but of course never did. Sorry for the low quality photo
