How does a single dad get custody without a work schedule, whose never home, don’t hear the baby cry, can’t take the baby to doctor appts, can’t do much for the baby because he ain’t got no schedule with work. He thinks he will get full custody of our child since I live with him and don’t have a job. He’s been paying my bills and I been with our son. My bills are very cheap, way cheaper than day care so this is how we been doing things. Well I’m getting to the point to where I want to get out and do things, I want to be social. Also he has a criminal record and on probation? Idk how the state would give him to him full time? I have a clean record, only thing I lack is a job, because I have somewhere to go.

Yesterday I went to my moms. He blew my phone up saying come home, bring my son home, this and that but when we’re there, he’s off in lala land playing a game, watching a show or something. So I decided I want to get out and do stuff since he don’t. Well somebody asked him to go fishing and I said no. He can’t go. He was whining yesterday bc we weren’t home, now he wants to be gone? So I’m punished because he don’t have nothing to do?
