He either spits everything out, gets frustrated, or thinks it’s playtime.

We’ve been trying since he was 5 months old. I feed him homemade purées + BLW combo. I try to offer him solids twice a day in the afternoon and early evening. Either right when he wakes up from a nap or an hour after I bottle feed him. But both strategies are no different.

The best he’ll eat is a fruit or veggie purée mixed with sugar free strawberry yogurt. But I know I can’t eat that twice a day everyday… I thinks that’s a lot of dairy with not enough of other nutrients.

LO has two teeth on the bottom front and center. He chews on his teething toys very very well and attempts to want everything else in his mouth (lol) except for handheld BLW food.

My husband and I eat with him sometimes so he can watch us, we also try to offer little bit of our food to him that he can eat. But he shows no interest. - turns his head, (or whole body), spits, shreds tie food with his hands..)

Do I need more patience? Anything new I should try? Also, please share your stories.
