How many of you have had a partner(s) betray/cheat on you?

If you have:
Did you stay?
What if they were a repeat offender (multiple emotional affairs, multiple partners,etc)?
How did you move past it both individually and as a couple?
Do you regret staying?
Any advice?

My sons dad. I found something out 3 months bb in and i let it slide. I was DONE. He begged me, and cried and did all that. Well, I chose to stay. Big mistake. I got pregnant soon after and 3 years later, i feel guilty for giving my son this broken family. He messaged even more people throughout our relationship. During my pregnancy. During my recovery. I couldnt walk. Couldn’t work. And while he claimed to be “working very hard for you!” He was really meeting with someone else. After trying to make it work for my sons sake. When my son was about 6 months old. I left him. I was tired of the lies, tired of the panic attacks, tired of the abuse, police calls, tired of the gaslighting and narcissism. It took me having to message one of the girls and have proof catching him in the lie for my to leave. It took me awhile. I gave him about 2 chances during even though he lies more than that…  I give and i try 1000% but once im done im done. I saw my mom stay in a toxic relationship like this for 12+ years and that would never be me. So after 1 1/2 years and a baby. I left. My son is now 3 and i am happily moved on. I have a new boyfriend. My sons dad? hes moved on too. Hes the same though. Hes STILL recently asked and begged to sleep with me, even though he had a girlfriend of 1+ years. They never change. But i have, and i could no longer allow myself to settle for bare minimum shit.

I actually left just because my instincts said to, and I found out 2 weeks later that he cheated.
Left that loser in the past where he belonged.

I have. I did stay. He did it again. I stayed again. He did it again. That time he left me for her. They lasted a month and he wanted to come back, I said no that time 🤷🏻‍♀️ Cheating is an addiction for some people. Don’t stay. They’re not going to change
