TMI dog 💩 getting better??

Yesterday I posted about if I should take my dog to the vet because of the poop color since it was like a black with blood, well I took her to the vet got her on medicine and everything they said she looked bright and everything and they put a iv into her, I didn’t wanna pay 1000 to get blood work. But they said this medicine should help, she had diarrhea like 10-15 times yesterday prob more , today she only had it 2. Does it look like it’s getting better?

This is her poop today it’s still diarrhea it’s now brown/green colored with a little blood and the blood looks mucusy kinda
