Has anyone taken Letrozole (Femara) to help ovulation and had a successful pregnancy with it? Last year I took it, had a miscarriage and got pregnant off my miscarriage. That pregnancy I had all the normal pregnancy symptoms starting at 6 weeks until end of pregnancy. (Morning sickness, sore breasts, larger appetite, etc)

This cycle I took it and now I am 9 weeks pregnant. So far everything is great, ultrasound looked good. Baby had strong heartbeat. But I have basically zero symptoms. I hate worrying about not having symptoms when clearly my baby was ok. But wanted to hear other experiences from other moms who took the same medication!
