How much produce did you eat on average throughout the first trimester?
I’m feeling so guilty but guys, literally all I can eat is carbs. This is my lunch. Cheese bread. 😐 I’m 11 weeks and still barely eating any produce. Definitely can’t stomach vegetables. Some days I might force half a banana or half of an apple, but that’s it. There’s literally nothing in the world I’m craving right now. I just force feed myself whatever I can tolerate all day long, and that happens to be a lot of carbs and sugars. Anyone else? Anyone?? 🤦🏻♀️
