Just looking for some advice please ! I suffer from adenomyosis , endometriosis & recurring miscarriages (I’ve had 9 so far)

Update : since the first test I’ve taken 3 more tests and they’re getting darker each time however I had a hcg blood test which said my hcg was less than 1 meaning not pregnant however my doctor said you need HCG over 25 to even get a positive test , has anyone had a negative HCG blood test and still been pregnant ?
