I’ve read stories where the surgeon nicked the bladder or urethra to women which quickly died after c section because there was none to actually care.How common is that mistake? I’m so so afraid right now

I once was told in a lecture that the complication rate for C sections in the US 2-3%, but that's for all complications, and most of which are minor (excess bleeding is by far the most common complication). I've never heard of the complication you listed and would guess that it's extremely extremely rare

It's definitely not common. These obs do csections all day. It's not a special thing to them. They monitor your pee from your catheter everytime they check on you for that reason. If there's any issues which there won't be, you'd get taken back into surgery for a repair. It's not likely you'd due from it.
