Congested 7 week old

We got our baba calpol saline spray 2 weeks ago as we noticed she was congested. They’ve been working amazing but tonight I noticed when she turned her head she kinda started making choking noises and looked like she was struggling to breathe until I pulled her a little.

I’m too scared to sleep and I have to be up early as I have a 4 year old too but I’m scared it’ll happen again, I have given her the nasal spray and she sounds perfectly fine on my chest. I’m just lost on what else I can do to help her as I don’t want that to happen when I’m sleeping
