Twins 1st Birthday

We are thinking inviting our families for brunch and we don’t want it too go to long or too late, so would it be rude to tell everyone to come from 11am - 4pm?

How about asking for no toys but money as a gift for their trust fund?

We have a lot of books, toys and they are still too young to understand anyway.
