Got my 2nd Dr. appointment today and freaking out a bit

Hey all, so as I wrote in the title I got my 2nd dr. appointment today. They took my blood pressure and it was higher than I have ever seen, 144/91. My first appointment was a little high too but barely above normal. He retook it manually after a few minutes and told me it was a lower than on the machine. He did ask me to see him every 2 weeks for a while eventhough I'm only 10w4d. Should I be worried or did this happen to anyone and turns out it was fine? I read that a single high reading does not necessarily mean anything bad but I don't know, this girl is freaking out. I did have a McDo breakfast this morning on my way to the Dr. to at least eat something before and I didn't get much sleep last night, could it be just that? I'm so terrified of losing/hurting baby :( The Dr. didn't seem too worried but I am :/ Any advice/insight would be greatly appreciated <3
