So this girl keeps harassing me about my disease because her boyfriend liked me... Can I report her to HIPAA? She is a healthcare worker

HIPAA protects your privacy at and between medical facilities, medical providers, and their contractors. If you think she got the information from the place she works, and is violating your right to keep it private, you should report her. If she did not obtain that information from a place she works, she is just harassing you.

Did she go into your medical chart to learn about your diagnosis? I’d think a police report for harassment would be a better fit for this situation as well as blocking her
