If they are qualified, why wouldn’t you?  Not hiring them because they are pregnant is illegal.

While it is illegal to discriminate, it is almost impossible to prove that you didn’t get selected due to pregnancy. 
Personally, as someone in my third tri, it would depend on the type of work. I work from home now and have no issue w my workload but I’m slowing down and I’m tired. If a climate was in desperate need of an immediate stable presence to achieve a goal, it wouldn’t be in the companies best interest to hire someone who’s only going to be able to halfway train before dipping for 3 months, and then need to be retrained again afterwards. If it wasn’t a crucial position, yeah why not.
