My hips HURT. I'm only 12w5d and I can feel them starting to separate already. I, unfortunately, have had issues with one hip in the past and it would separate from the joint because the muscles were torn that held it into place so I know the feeling far too well. The pain woke me up this morning. A warm bath helps, but the second I step out it starts again. I can only imagine what it will be like closer to delivery.
