THIS IS HORRIBLE

So I just found out at about 6 weeks I was pregnant 7 weeks 1 day I had my first appointment and ultrasound now I have been suffering with stomach pain throughout the night Lear’s say I’m up about 11:40 til about 8 when my kids is off to school I literally throw up nothing but the bottom of my stomach and sometimes even my pills that I took at 9 come up , it’s very painful and I also have bad constipation before baby I was suppose to have a camera put into my stomach, since I been pregnant I been unable to poop well I got to strain bad and I have bad acid always on my chest and at this point my esto hurts it’s like if I don’t throw that acid up sittin there in the morning my stomach will burn / bother me all day. Sometimes when I eat I feel like my food is entering a toxic waste bin I just feel so icky not a hurting pain but an uncomfortable stomach situation and idk what to do anymore I can barely sleep all Dr gave me was puralax , antiacids & some nausea meds that don’t seem to work unless I take super early like 7.
