IUD removal 2/28

ttc baby#4 I had my IUD removed 2/28 was told I may or may not bleed for a few days followed by the procedure. That is what happen though, I bled a few days. Now, I’m trying to track my cycle as I do not remember what my cycles had been like before BC and before I had my 2 year old which he was conceived almost immediately after my IUD removal back on Feb 2020. I bled bright red and very light this month for one full day and by the second day it was gone…like disappeared. I did have symptoms like sore boobs leading up to the bleeding then currently still suffering extreme nausea, headaches, and fatigue. I’ve never experienced implantation bleeding, and I know most women don’t. I’ve taken hpt and it’s negative but again if it was possible that I did ovulation and don’t know when I did and I can’t necessarily count the bleeding on 3/2 as a period. I’m so lost…by now I should have already got a bfp if I did ovulate. With my most recent pregnancy it was literally 20 days after IUD removal when I got BFP. What do you recommend?? Could it be too early to have tested?? Things are quite wonky right now.
