Will I get my period after abortion pill ?

I wrote this in another chat but basically I just had a medical abortion at March 6. So it’s been about 4 weeks now. However, I had a accident with a loser and he took off the condom and I didn’t notice (he was behind me). He ejaculated in me and when I caught on I immediately when to the bathroom to push it out. After I blocked him and cursed him out (bc how can you do that to me ?? Guys can be disgusting) I went to my local Walgreens and bought a plan b and took it 45 minutes after the incident and also bought a ovulation kit. I took the ovulation kit and it did say positive but I did doesn’t say if I was ovulating a days before or if it’s coming up. This whole thing is fucked up. I can’t have another abortion because I don’t think my body can handle that right now. I just went through one ! Has anyone been through anything similar or have any words of encouragement? What side effects did you get from the plan b ? Please pray for me. God bless.
