Help please

Hello, so i went to hospital yesterday and they basically told me i was in early labor and sent me home to walk and get more dilated after saying that i was about 1cm dilated. I came back home and been bleeding idk if it’s normal since they didn’t tell me that might be a thing. This is my first pregnancy so i really don’t know what should and should not happen which i told them and asked if i could get induced since i’m already passed my due date and my husband going to be good this whole weekend but they said no.
