Hey y’all!

I’m 40 years and he is 39 years young and we are TTC. My last normal period was January 21-26th 2023. I spotted VERY lightly in March a brown color and still have yet to begin my normal period. All of our pregnancy tests and two blood work tests are negative results. What’s is happening to me? Any suggestions?
