Low blood sugar while pregnant ?

Has anyone went thru this?? I had gestational diabetes my last pregnancy and was able to stay diet controlled. I was tested at 15 wks this pregnancy and pass my glucose but doctor told me I’d have to retest again around 29 wks which my test is coming up. Will be 27 weeks this week anyways I’ve noticed I’ve been getting hot, feeling sick & some shakes every so often mainly if I let myself get hungry once I eat I’m fine. Just wondering if anyone has had this happen?? I’m calling my Ob in the morning to let him know.
