Dog urine on toilet paper that I used

Hello, so I just got a new puppy and with that comes lots of accidents usually use toliet paper to pick up the poop. Well, someone in my house hold without knowing set the toliet paper roll down on the floor facing upwards while cleaning up after pups mess . Once done they put it back in the bathroom . Without me knowing I used the toliet paper to wipe my lady parts and later showered and got out the shower to blow my nose with the toliet paper . To my shock I got a wiff of pee smell in my face . I examined the toliet paper and saw on the side the whole thing was yellow . 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m literally panicking can I get a bad infection from this I don’t know what to do ? Should I go to the doctor or wait it out
