Is this physical abuse?

Got into a fight with my husband yesterday. Long story short he got violent. Grabbing my arms to try and take me out of the house, yelling in my face, pressing his hands on my shoulders. I just gave birth a week ago. There was a red mark on my arm from where he grabbed me. It still hurts

This is abuse. It’s NOT okay. If this is the first time, it doesn’t matter. It can happen again and it could be worse. Get counselling. Talk to someone your trust IRL so they can watch out and support you immediately.
