Do you have everything you need .? Car seat, diapers, wipes .?? I still got 7 weeks left but her dad seems to think we have all this time to get stuff. He hasn’t bought her anything yet.. I’ve spent at least $500 buying things. She doesn’t have a car seat (I sent him one that has a stroller too 4-1 combo months ago it was only $179 now it’s $225) or diaper bag. I only bought about 2/3 months supply of diapers and maybe 3-4 for wipes.. I’m pissed cause he keeps putting it off am I overreacting.? Am I being impatient? We’re not having a shower and we’re not expecting gifts from anyone… I got her a baby crib but he hasn’t thought about putting it up.! I’m over him and at this point I don’t really want him around much

You have most of the important stuff covered to get started, but I would definitely be getting the carseat ASAP because you need a way to get babe home! Otherwise the Dad is going to be out carseat shopping while you're recovering from birth. Men don't seem to get thats nesting instinct as much, my husband chuckled at me today for washing my cloth diapers 2 months early, but it's good to be prepared!

I’m on week 33. So about 6 weeks to go. I have gotten baby clothes size nb-9months. Husband wants to wait will after the baby shower this weekend to buy what is needed. Due to 2nd child and first is 20 months, he is looking in to a big girl bed, car seat and a possible double stroller. He’s hoping to get diapers and wipes in the shower. He definitely feels less stress with this one due to our first left a lot of items. 
But yea when our first was coming it was like we have time he got the car seat kid you not a day before she was born. The stroller a week after cuz I did not want to shop alone or “make all the ￼ decisions”. Lucky the crib was gifted to us 😅.

I got 5 weeks left . I put up the crib and bassinet by myself over the weekend. I got everything for the baby but I’m not packed up yet. I still need to add stuff to my hospital bag and I haven’t made arrangements with my mom about getting my 4 year old while I’m
In the hospital. Also I haven’t got her bag together.
It’s slowly but surely getting close to time and I don’t have anything together 😭

My husband hasn’t bought a single thing for either of our children. So I can totally relate. I always start building my stash before ttc- whenever I find things on sale. I’m still dragging my feet on a double stroller and split screen monitor. Spent the weekend starting to set up various rooms and “centers” around my house to try to prepare as much as possible (pads, peri bottles, tucks pads etc. in bathrooms, changing/diaper stations, nursing/pumping stations). Just remember babies need very little, all the extra is mostly for convenience. Also make sure to use registry discounts! They really add up!

26-5 wks and we have everything. Baby can always come early and can’t leave the hospital without a car seat. Fun fact the fire department will give you one free. And fit it. But if it were things that weee pricy I’d Afterpay, Klarna or Zip pay the items. You can always try to get him to make a payment or two. Klarna you can report a return to delay payments and Affirm isn’t auto pay. Just options.

My husband has put off everything as well. I order the car seat yesterday myself cause he’s just brushing me off. We did a bassinet this time cause our son never slept in his bed and now he’s sharing his room with his big brother. I only have one pack of diapers and no wipes because I have a 1yr old who’s uses them. I don’t have too many clothes because we having a surprise baby.
