I had my first trimester screen last week at 13 weeks 3 days. Met with the doctor and she said everything look good and explained possible complications for twin pregnancy. Today I received the ultrasound report and it mentioned one of the babies having a velamentous cord insertion. Which is a complication that has many risks. Now I’m overly concerned researching 😩. I’m going to ask my ob tomorrow at my routine appt but I’m trying not to worry in the meantime
