Honestly only a couple of times a year because an app I use reminds me monthly.

Yes I check my boobs weekly cause I get occasional acne and long black hairs I have to pluck on them 😭

Never. My OBGYN does it for me

Never. There's no history of breast cancer in my family and neither my doctor nor OBGYN check either due to my age. They're both far more concerned about me developing cervical cancer due to not ovulating our menstruating hardly at all for my whole life. If there was a lump my husband would find it since he's touching my boobs all the time.
