Hell is this normal?? I had fever chills now I realize my best red and warm i nurse should i stop?

No don’t stop nursing.Sounds like you have mastitis. You need to call your OB for them to send you an antibiotic.

Hot showers, cabbage leaves on your breast, lavender on your feet, nursing as much as possible, massaging the hard spots, and paracetamol to keep the fever symptoms under control. If you do it early you may not need antibiotics, other wise those things will help you get better faster

Mastitis get some antibiotic asap and don’t stop nursing
