Incomplete abortion ?

I recently had an abortion March 8th and maybe pregnant soon after ? I haven’t had a cycle since an, pregnancy test are positive. However my hcg levels are almost to none pregnant level so I went to get an ultrasound which came back to 5w6d. I’m worried it could be an incomplete ab or miscarriage. I have really no symptoms of pregnancy or miscarriage no cramping no bleeding. Has anyone else experienced this ?

When you had the abortion in March how far along were you? Did you have a period since the abortion? I had a surgical abortion, waited about 2 weeks and still felt pregnant. Went back for a follow up and I was indeed still pregnant!
