Every other Friday I had a MOPS meeting at a local church. It’s absolutely wonderful and I’m grateful to have something that offers me support that my husband can’t give.

They provide a extremely wonderful service of childcare while the meeting is goin on. Today I dropped my daughter off and she was fine. When I picked her up I noticed that she must have had a runny nose. She literally had boogers alllllllllll over her face. Dry and crusted. Under her nose, around her mouth and smooshed up her face onto her forehead. Like she had been wiping her hand around trying to wipe her nose. She’s 2 and I know runny noses happen. I provide an overly prepared bag for anything she may need. I’m not expecting them to keep her spotless but couldn’t they at least wipe a child’s nose if it’s running? I felt so bad for her. It broke my heart because I didn’t know how long she had been like that.

Would this be something worth bringing up to notify whoever about childcare?
