Can we stop normalizing this?

I have two pet peeves people might find odd, but boy do they rub me the wrong way...

First, people referring to children (especially MY children) as "crotch goblins", or similar. You may think you're just being cute, but this is an unnecessary and vulgar term for our sweet babies. It's gross. Even more so, I had someone refer to a child as a "cum pet" the other day. It made me want to vomit. I can't speak for everyone, but although my kids may be frustrating at times, these are children I love and adore. I created these children. I will not diminish them with such vulgar names.

Secondly, can we stop sexualizing little boys? I only have girls, but a lot of my friends have little boys. I hear friends and even strangers who post in groups discuss their child's genitalia in a really odd fashion. Like, "oh these shorts fit him weird in the crotch. He's just so well-endowed, like his father." How is that okay? You're first of all admitting to judging the size of a small child's genitalia and then furthermore, you're comparing it to a man you had sexual relations with. It's disgusting. This happens SO much.

These things aren't funny or clever. They're gross and they're creepy. Stop normalizing it.
