I know the carry on liquid size is 3.4oz

Is that the same for our actual luggage?? Can we take full size shampoo and conditioner in our luggage?

We are trying to read on the online but I feel like I’m not finding anything. We are flying to Hawaii from MO. Our bags are getting flown all the way through and we are flying to Colorado then to Hawaii.

What other restrictions do you know of? Or any extra fees?
