Pregnancy question

So I wanted to have ranch/ mayo, or anything creamy sauces so they told me anything that has milk in it, it had to say pasteurized. So I looked to see if I saw a label with pasteurized, and I didn’t see it. So if I was wanting to have ranch/ mayo or any creamed sauce, what ingredients do I have to look for if it doesn’t say the word pasteurized? I have been very paranoid and avoiding having these kind of sauce since the day I found out that I was pregnant? Help me.
