Paracetamol I.V during first trimester??
Hey ladies, I'm in my second trimester but now I remembered that I took paracetamol 1gram intravenously but only once during first trimester for my anal fissure pain.
Now I'm anxious because they said it affects reproductive and urogenital tract of fetus.
Could it harm my baby? Intravenously took but only once
