What’s going on?!?

I’ve had my copper IUD for 2 years with no problems. I have regular periods and my strings feel normal (maybe slightly longer but I can’t feel the IUD). I had my period a week ago but I’ve been experiencing some cramping and light bleeding the past couple days and also a week before my period. But today I went to wipe and saw this!! Should I be worried???
