What to expect????

Hello mamas!!

I’ve had two vaginal birth and this third birth process will be an elective C-section as well as a tubal ligation.

I am unsure how everything works when you get a C-section. I am scheduled for 39 weeks and I am currently 33 as of this Tuesday however, the baby is measuring 3 to 4 weeks ahead and also approximately 5.5 pounds as of 31 weeks.

I am super huge and uncomfortable and so I know that I will not make it to the 39 week mark as my first was born at 35+4 and my second at 37 exactly by three hours, so I am unsure also about how they perform the procedure if I go into labour spontaneously before the schedule day.

I am hoping for some answers to feedback tips, tricks, anything that you want to share that helped you or even prepared you for the procedure. I am hoping to get some more information on how everything works because I literally have no idea. Any social media accounts or websites/videos you have to recommend?

My oldest is four and my youngest is one and a half and so I’m also wondering about recovery time given that I will be getting my tubes removed at the same time as the C-section. How do you best recover?
