Hello ladies I’m very much uncomfortable in my bed I have no clue why I’m only 6 weeks pregnant. I’m uncomfortable on both sides and my back needs to be rubbed 24/7 🥺🥹😭 I hate to be in pain and it’s happening so early 😢

as well you get hot your body tempetire raises so i sleep with a fan in my face idk y it jist fwels good but it will get better stay hydrated

sleep on your left side thats where your stumic is at as well you WILL vomit every morning till you vomit every bit of green or yellowish after that in the morning drink cold orange juice its the best before you go to bed have plenty of water bottles near you always stay hydrated as a pregnant woman your gonna need lots of water its gonna repeat for the next 2 weeks i promise it will get better and food to make your stumic happy i had to cook a soup no oil use chicken broth i didnt like chicken but the broth was really good throw some carrots potatos chicken if youd like i didnt like chicken and drink the soup you will slowly start to get use to the food and take your prenatal thats very important baby need everything and try to eat something dont wait for lunch breakfeast and dinner eat something inbetween like a snack like something you really like but only eat organic no fast food it takes longer to metabolize as your pregnant
