Dog seems to know

Idk why but out of no where my dog does a quick lick on my toe lol. Then yesterday she did it a bit more. I grossly let her. Lol I feel like she knows I’m pregnant. She follows me a bit more now. I’ve had her since 3 wks old and she’s 9yrs old now. Finally going to have a baby sister or bro. My bird definitely knows. Had her for 11 yrs. She watches my husband when he touches me and gets in between lmao
