Somebody humble me haha

I’m 7 “DPO” I used an ovulation test so that might not be accurate but I did have pain in my side that I believe I get when I ovulate. Yesterday I had the tiniest amount of blood when I wiped and had some pink/brown discharge. I have also had cramping for 3 days no period though. Today I got a nice little metal taste in my mouth like I licked a penny. I don’t want to overexcite myself so please give me other reasons that these things could happen together besides pregnancy 😂 thanks!
