This is my first pregnancy to make it this far. I am 39+4. Baby has a strong heart beat and I’ve had no issues (no high blood pressure, protein in urine, diabetes, etc) aside from swelling. My due date is Friday, but baby is measuring ahead. Last week, at 39 weeks, he was measuring 40 weeks. Because of the size, they want to induce me Monday at 9 to give baby a few extra days to come on his own but don’t want me going too much over

My question is, what is everyone’s experiences with induction? I am so scared it’s gonna be stressful for baby but I also don’t want to get to the point where natural birth is barely or not at all feasible bc of weight/size. Did induction hurt worse? Was it more stressful for you and baby? Idk just emotional about this today and want to cry haha
