I would say discharge. I'm 36 weeks and this whole pregnancy my discharge has made my underwear look like that!

For me i get that because of increased discharge i have to wear panty liners everyday.I’ve experienced a lot of discharge entire pregnancy and now i’m 34w and have to change liners twice a day or more
