Period

So ever since I’ve stopped birth control back in august of 2022 my periods haven’t come back normal they’re very irregular. Before bc the were irregular but not as bad as they are now now I’ll go 2-3 months without one or I’ll have 2 in one month and there’s no way to tell which way it’ll be or when it’ll come. I’m rlly worried the bc messed sum up because I heard depo can and that’s what I was on and while on for like 1 year and 3 months I rarely stopped bleeding. It’s rlly scary bc I don’t want nun to be wrong I’m only 16 would someone plz help?
