High BP at 20 weeks

Bp was 154/101 at my pre-employment for my internship. This is my fourth baby and I have had high BP the past two pregnancies that started around 30 weeks which required meds to control. It was rechecked after sitting for a bit manually and it came out the same. My 16 week appt BP was a smidge high but nothing concerning at that time. Anyone have this before and how did it turn out? The PA at this appt was contacting my OB to see what they want to do.
