Mucus plug?
Does this mean anything? I’ve been losing it for days now and little guy doesn’t seem to want to budge. I ended up contracting like regular labor for 12 hours before they stopped but it never dilated ☹️ gotten the green light to start self “inducing” what’re some tips and tricks?
