Birth control

Hi ladies! I am currently on my third iud, paragaurd to be exact, because the first one embedded in my cervix, the second didn’t sit well bc it was put in after taking the other one out, and this last one is also embedded in my cervix. I really don’t like the idea of hormonal birth control but I have no other option. I was thinking about the nuva ring but im not sure which birth control I want or what works good and is fairly easy/ low maintenance. Can y’all share your experience/ advice?
