Chemical Pregnancy 💔 Need some answers 😩

I felt so relieved to found this group today. I have a few questions to ask you ladies who have been through it 😭. I recently miscarried at 4 weeks 7 days, bled for 5 days straight. I have had random spottings since then. It’s been 13 days since the first day of my miscarriage. I tested my LH strip today and the first line was very dark. I also did a pregnancy test and it was super dark. I am assuming the positive pregnancy test is still related to the last pregnancy. My question is how should I calculate my ovulation day? Do you calculate the first day of miscarriage as day 1? My last pregnancy was ectopic 😌 and it took me 6 months to get pregnant only to find out it was a chemical pregnancy 💔. It’s been devastating!
